Passenger Etiquette

• Take care of your hygiene. All passengers must travel clean and presentable. You should wear clean clothing, shirts with sleeves and appropriate footwear. Passengers who are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be allowed to travel. Due to the closed environment inside our vehicles, the proximity between seats and the length of our trips, passengers with strong odors of any kind will not be allowed to travel. Make sure you use a sufficient amount of deodorant, especially in summer. Keep your feet down at all times, keep your legs close together so as not to occupy space belonging to other seats, and do not take off your shoes.
• Refrain from loud conversations; speak in a low and discreet voice. Not only with your friends and travel companions, but this also means not having loud conversations on your mobile phone.
• No food or drinks are allowed on board. Things can get dirty very quickly. Save that food until you get off the minibus.
• Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing, and point away from people whenever possible. The usual practice is to sneeze and cough into your elbow, not your hand.
• If you are listening to music with your headphones, lower the volume of your music as it may be audible to other passengers.
• We reserve the right to grant the most accessible seats to people who really need them. This means young children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with disabilities. Try to be attentive and courteous to those who need these seats. Please note that we do not charge extra for selective seating, so company staff will always have the final say on who sits in the most accessible seats.
• If you see something, say it. Although it is not always a good idea to confront rude passengers for personal safety reasons, be sure to report worrying incidents to drivers and company staff.
• Respect your driver and other company personnel. Do not distract your driver's attention from the road and efficient vehicle operation. Saying "thank you" is always a kind practice.
• No one likes to be left without a ride, so you are required to register for your trip on time (1 hour before departure time). Please note that drivers are instructed to leave on time. Baggage check-in will close without fail 30 minutes prior to departure. Passengers who arrive late will not be able to travel, as a measure to ensure compliance with the hours of service of our drivers and as a courtesy to punctual passengers.
• Dont throw trash. Anything you bring onto the minibus also goes with you when you leave. Bring your trash with you and dispose of it properly in a trash or recycling container.
• Do not destroy any company property. Everything from scratching windows, destroying seats, making graffiti and even peeling off papers or stickers with information with your fingers.
